Research Scholarship Call for VNUF Researchers
1) Objective of the Program The scholarship supports research in the fields of wood science and forestry.
2) Eligibility Criteria One researcher holding a PhD degree and one researcher holding an MSc degree. Language requirement: knowledge of the English language at a high level required for practicing the scientific field.
3) Duration and Place of Work Exact duration: 12 months. Location: Hungary, University of Sopron, Faculty of Wood Engineering and Creative Industries
4) Amount of Scholarship and Benefits Monthly scholarship amount: Gross EUR 1100 for MSc degree holders. Gross EUR 1300 for PhD degree holders. Provision of housing support or dormitory accommodation by the University of Sopron. Health insurance and travel costs are borne by the scholarship holder and/or the sending institution. Application for research cost budget and conference participation is possible within the University of Sopron system.
5) Research Conditions The scholarship holder may use laboratories and instruments under the same conditions as those applicable to the lecturers and researchers of the University of Sopron. Subject areas: One of the two scholarship recipients may have a degree in forestry engineering (or equivalent) and one may have a degree in wood engineering (or equivalent).
6) Tasks and Expectations of the Researcher Publication requirements: preparation and submission of at least one journal article indexed by WoS. Regular quarterly reports. Based on mutual agreement, the scholarship holder may also perform teaching tasks. The scholarship holder undertakes that after the successful completion of the project, at their home institution (VNUF) they will remain in contact with the University of Sopron and participate in Vietnamese–Hungarian research and publication activities.

Kutatói ösztöndíj pályázat VNUF kutatói számára
1) A program célja Faipari és erdészeti kutatásokat támogat az ösztöndíj.
2) Jogosultsági feltételek 1 fő PhD fokozattal, 1 fő MSc fokozattal rendelkező kutató. Nyelvi követelmény: angol nyelv ismerete a tudományterület műveléséhez szükséges magas szinten.
3) Időtartam és munkavégzés helye Pontos időtartam: 12 hónap. Helyszín: Magyarország, Soproni Egyetem, Faipari Mérnöki és Kreatívipari Kar
4) Ösztöndíj mértéke és juttatások Havi ösztöndíj összege: Bruttó 1100 EUR MSc végzettséghez. Bruttó 1300 EUR PhD végzettséghez. Lakhatási támogatás vagy kollégiumi férőhely biztosítása a SoE részéről. Egészségbiztosítás, utazási költség az ösztöndíjast, illetve a küldő intézményt terheli. Kutatási költségkeretre, továbbá konferencia-részvételre a SoE rendszerén belül pályázhat.
5) Kutatási feltételek Az ösztöndíjas a SoE oktatóira, kutatóira vonatkozó feltételek mellett használhatja a laboratóriumokat és műszereket. Tématerületek: a két főp ösztöndíjasból 1fő erdőmérnök (vagy közel ekvivalens) és egy fő faipari mérnök (vagy közel ekvivalens) végzettéséggel érkezhet.
6) A kutató feladatai és elvárások Publikációs elvárások: min 1 db. WoS által indexált folyóiratcikk összeállítása és benyújtása Rendszeres, ¼-éves beszámolók. Az ösztöndíjas közös megegyezés alapján oktatási feladatokat is elláthat. Az ösztöndíjas vállalja, hogy a projekt sikeres zárása után saját munkahelyén (VNUF) a Soproni Egyetemmel továbbra is kapcsolatban marad, vietnámi-magyar kutatási és publikációs tevékenységekben részt vesz.
