University of Sopron Welcomes Azerbaijani Ambassador
The University of Sopron recently served as the setting for a significant diplomatic gathering, organized at the initiative of Constitutional Court Judge Dr. Ákos Kozma. The campus welcomed His Excellency Tahir Taghizade, Ambassador of Azerbaijan, along with a delegation of Azerbaijani students currently pursuing their studies in Hungary.
The visitors were greeted by Rector Prof. Dr. Attila Fábián, who took the opportunity to highlight how the university’s unique blend of centuries-old academic traditions and a modern, sustainability-driven mission continues to make the institution an attractive destination for international scholars.
