The Round University Rankings (RUR) evaluates the performance of the world's leading higher education institutions across six academic fields: humanities, life sciences, medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering and technology, and social sciences. All universities are assessed using the same 20 indicators and based on four key activity areas from the RUR World Rankings: teaching (40%), research (40%), international diversity (10%), and financial sustainability (10%). This year's ranking evaluated more than 1,000 universities.
