Professional Knowledge and Creativity: The University of Sopron at Forest Europe ELM in Stockholm

sved4.webpThe University of Sopron took an active role in the Forest Europe Expert Level Meeting (ELM) held in Stockholm on September 24-25, 2025. The prestigious event was attended by 36 official delegates from 25 countries and 24 observers from 18 organizations, including Prof. Dr. Bálint Heil, the newly elected President of the Silva Network and Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at the University of Sopron, who followed the professional discussions as an observer. The program’s goal was to prepare the priorities and recommendations that will determine the future of sustainable forest management.
