For the invitation of the University of Sopron, the colleagues of the Immigration Office paid a visit to the Campus where an informative presentation was held mostly for the institution’s newly arrived international students on 16 October 2025.
The delegation from the Immigration Office included Lt.col. Dr. Judit Bartók (Head of the Admission Affairs Unit), Pol. Lieut. Virág Cseh-Németh and colleagues from the Admission Unit and Customer Service.
Pol. Lieut. Virág Cseh-Németh hold a detailed lecture about the international students’ legal stay in Hungary mentioning how to extend their residence permit, what requirements they need to meet when applying for a visa and residence permit, as well as what belongs to the competence of the Hungarian Police.
After the official presentation, students fortunately took the opportunity and asked specific questions from the colleagues who were delighted to help each student.
